Important Information
Category – I (DRDO)
Children of regular employees of DRDO Labs located in Hyderabad, Defence Allied services and other Defence Service personnel. Also includes children of employees of ELOIRA, GAETEC, DLS-RCI.
Category – II (DRDO Contract)
Children of personnel working under Defence Establishments on a job-contract basis.
Category – III (Non-DRDO)
Children of Paramilitary, BRAHMOS, ARCI, BDL, MIDHANI, and employees of Central / State Govt. departments linked with RCI (Postal, Telecom, TS Transco, Police etc.)
Category – IV (Non-DRDO)
Blood relatives of DRDO employees/others.
Instructions to Fill the Application Form
- All columns of the application must be filled.

Documents to be attached/uploaded (valid for Academic Year 2026-2027):
- Employee ID Card (All categories)
- Student ID Card of UKG (for Class I admission)
- Authorization Letter (Categories II, III & IV)
- Birth Certificate of the student
- Aadhar Cards (Student, Father & Mother)
- Non-submission of required documents will result in rejection. No further communication will be made.
- Category II applicants must obtain employer signature from RCI/Lab.
- Category III & IV applicants must obtain authorization letter signed by Scientist ‘G’ and above of RCI Lab.
- Submission of application does not guarantee admission.
- Without submission of original DOB Certificate & Authorization Letter, admission will not be confirmed.
- If fee payment is not made within due date, admission stands cancelled automatically.
Note: As management changeover is under process, revised fee structure and payment mode will be communicated later.
